MY JOURNEY<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For the first 35 years of my life I followed the traditional blueprint of success \u2014 what we’re told to want and value \u2014 and I achieved a great deal. But contentment didn’t follow.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the fleeting highs of adrenaline and praise, I felt restless and disconnected<\/strong>, like I wasn\u2019t really present in my own life. I lived entirely in my mind, ignoring the red flags my body and emotions were intermittently waving, and filling a spiritual void with ever more external validation. More than that, I had never spent any real time or effort finding out, what was actually important to me, and how I wanted<\/em> to live my life<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I realized that the only way I could grow up as a human being was by leaving behind the roles and achievements I had come to identify myself with. So I quit my job<\/strong> and headed for South America, where I ended up spending 3 transformative years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From my base in Buenos Aires<\/strong>, I became a beginner at life again; joining diverse communities and activities, diving deep into somatic and spiritual healing practices, and slowly unraveling the layers of conditioning and ego I\u2019d spent decades building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Doing the work<\/strong> to discover my actual nature and values; what matters to me, and what that means for how I exist in the world. I learned to stop resisting what is, trust in the universe and lean into joy. And I am in the (continuous) process of creating a life that supports that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I now spend my time building bridges<\/strong> \u2014 between body and mind, between different forms of intelligence, cultures, and perspectives, between ancient wisdom and modern science, between the masculine and feminine within all of us, and between the beautiful contradictions we all contain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
