I help people live conscious lives, and bring more connection, presence and joy to their everyday✨

I do this by giving them concrete mental, physical, emotional and spiritual tools and practices, by sharing my own experiences, and by creating a container of safety and experimentation where you get to enjoy the process of connecting more deeply with yourself, with life, and with all those around you.

I blend my corporate background with ancient wisdom and modern science, integrating coaching, various types of breathwork, nervous system regulation, values work and more.

PHILOSOPHY

I work from a couple of key principles

Connection

I believe in our innate wholeness as human beings, that we are inherently good. As such, there is nothing wrong with any of us; we just forget and need to be reminded of who and what we are.

Presence

We are sentient, feeling beings, and sensing, perceptive bodies. Being fully present with ourselves and with each other means letting our bodies speak and our emotions flow.

Joy

Approaching life with a mindset of experimentation and joy. Living and learning should be meaningful as well as fun, even pleasurable, because otherwise you won’t keep going and growing.

WORDS OF WISDOM

The greatest hazard of all, losing one’s self, can occur very quietly in the world, as if it were nothing at all. No other loss can occur so quietly; any other loss — an arm, a leg, five dollars, a wife, etc. — is sure to be noticed.
